Welcome to our practice!

Our private practice is focused on supporting individuals and families in three key areas of life: love, loss, and transition with a unique focus on the human-animal bond.

What are we currently reading?

Right now, we are immersed in one of Gretchen Rubin’s latest books: Better Than Before: Mastering the Habit’s of Our Everyday Lives.

Gretchen Rubin’s answer: through habits. Habits are the invisible architecture of everyday life. It takes work to make a habit, but once that habit is set, we can harness the energy of habits to build happier, stronger, more productive lives.

So if habits are a key to change, then what we really need to know is: How do we change our habits?”

Please keep an eye out for a blog post with our thoughts and practical ideas on how to implement this reading into your own life.
